SECTION 1301 AUTHORITY: The County Board of Commissioners shall establish a
schedule of fees for Zoning Permits, Certificates of Zoning Compliance,
Appeals, Rezoning Applications, Conditional Use Applications, Variance
Applications and other matters pertaining to the effective administration of
this Resolution. The schedule of fees
shall be posted in the office of the Zoning Administrator and County Clerk at
all times. Said schedule of fees may be
altered or amended from time to time by action of the Board of Commissioners.
SECTION 1302 NON-PAYMENT OF FEES: Until all applicable fees have been paid in full by the applicant, no action shall be taken on any application or permit. Public entities and political subdivisions shall be exempt from payment of any such application fees.
